Service Trade Division

The major responsibilities are to draft and implement development plans, policies and measures for service trade; formulate development plans, policies and measures to promote service outsourcing; collect statistics and analysis of Guiyang's service trade operation and promote related work in key service trade areas, including service outsourcing, software export and cultural service export.

In addition, the division will organize and coordinate with various parties to guide the city's trade service promotion activities.
