The Guiyang Foreign Investment Guide and the Key Projects for Guiyang's Foreign Investment Attraction for "1+7+1" Industrial Chains were issued by the Guiyang bureau of commerce on May 26. Guiyang is the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The guide gives an overview of business and investment conditions, special investment fields, as well as the characters of the districts of the city, which has been dubbed China's data valley for its bourgeoning big data industry.
It also focuses on conditions for leading enterprises in Guiyang's advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, big data and electronics information sectors.
The competitive advantages and support policies for industry are looked at in Guiyang's 10 districts, cities and counties, as well as the major areas, including the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Guiyang Free Trade Zone and the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone.
Among the list of key projects are 20 new energy vehicles projects, four phosphorus industrial projects, two aluminum and aluminum processing projects and 15 electronic information projects.
There are also 18 healthcare and medicine projects, 27 organic product projects, 35 advanced equipment manufacturing projects, 16 software and information technology service projects and 86 projects.
