A total of 18,500 take offs and landings are expected, with a daily average of 463 and a peak of 490 flights in a single day, serving an estimated 75,000 passengers.
During the Spring Festival holiday spanning from Jan 28 to Feb 4, the airport is projected to handle a passenger throughput of 550,000, with a daily average of 69,000 passengers, as well as 3,650 flight take offs and landings, averaging 456 flights per day.
Additionally, the airport will operate multiple international routes during the Spring Festival travel rush, including flights to cities such as Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Milan, Hanoi, Vientiane, Singapore, Osaka, and Jakarta.
