Guiyang International Land Port marks good start

In January, Guiyang International Land Port in Southwest China's Guizhou province completed the dispatch of railway goods totaling 127,000 metric tons, a year-on-year increase of 27.61 percent, while the sub-port in Guiyang's Qingzhen county-level city handled 83,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 132 percent and record high for a single month. The container throughput of Guiyang International Land Port reached 2,604, a year-on-year increase of 128.22 percent.

During the month, companies such as Guizhou Railway Investment Group and Guiyang International Land Port Co actively organized cargo in the first quarter and reached out to upstream and downstream customers in advance, while improving the shipping organization of the Guizhou-Guangdong Freight Trains and the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.
