Guiyang and Gui'an launch initiatives to boost private enterprises

Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area have announced the implementation of an initiative to bolster the growth of private and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

This initiative aims to create a transparent legal environment, efficient governance, favorable policies, fair markets, and a supportive cultural atmosphere.

The initiative focuses on five key areas: securing orders, increasing financing, reducing costs, strengthening foundations, and boosting morale. Efforts will be made to help enterprises expand their markets and secure more orders by establishing platforms for production and sales matching, as well as organizing industry-specific trade fairs and expos.

To enhance financing opportunities, the initiative will use the existing coordination mechanism for SME financing and conduct extensive outreach activities. Financial institutions will be encouraged to offer diversified financial products and services tailored to the unique needs of private SMEs.

Cost reduction measures include streamlining administrative procedures and optimizing tax and fee policies. The "Gui Shang Yi" platform will be utilized to connect enterprises with necessary resources, including policies, funding, and market opportunities.

To strengthen foundations, the initiative will support technological innovation and collaboration between private enterprises and research institutions. Efforts will also be made to maintain a fair market access environment and protect the legal rights of enterprises.

The initiative will foster a healthy government-business relationship and ensure that policies are effectively communicated and implemented, thereby enhancing the vitality of the private sector.
