ZTO Tuxi-Guizhou Industrial Park stands as a beacon of Guiyang's prowess in business attraction and industrial development.
With over 20 companies already settled, the park has cultivated a dynamic industrial cluster encompassing specialty foods, industrial manufacturing, and emerging technologies.
As the site of the ZTO Tuxi Southwest Settlement Center, the park provides a fully integrated industrial chain that covers production, processing, warehousing, logistics, and terminal sales.
Guizhou Zhibei Hygiene Technology Co, the first company to set up operations here, illustrates this thriving environment. "With a daily output of 80,000 packs of wet wipes, we expect to exceed 20 million yuan ($2.78 million) in revenue this year," said Wu Runhuan, the company's general manager.
The park offers enticing rental policies and substantial growth prospects through its expansive logistics, sales, and commercial operation networks. "We've launched a 'Ready Factory + Smart Logistics Solution' to provide comprehensive services to businesses," noted Yang Xiaojun, a representative from Tuxi Life Business Group.
Encircled by four expressway networks and featuring advanced logistics systems such as cloud chains, cloud warehouses, and cloud distribution, the park offers reduced transportation costs, with the seamless integration of online and offline sales channels enabling businesses to enter the market swiftly.
The park aims to attract 30 to 50 related enterprises to join its industrial chain, and plans to host over 60 companies by year's end.
Through the development of standardized factory buildings, smart logistics support, and policy incentives, Guiyang is driving industrial progress. As more upstream and downstream enterprises gather, the city is becoming a pivotal logistics industry landmark of Southwest China.
