Guiyang hosted a gastronomic extravaganza from Oct 17 to 19, showcasing a diverse selection of culinary delights from seven provinces.
The event celebrated intangible cultural heritage foods, time-honored brands, and local specialties from Guangdong, Yunnan, Jiangxi provinces, and Guizhou's nine cities.
The guest exhibition area featured 35 enterprises offering over 100 authentic flavors, including the renowned Guilin rice noodles. Meanwhile, the Guizhou section highlighted approximately 350 local delicacies, providing a comprehensive taste of the region's culinary offerings.
A total of 58 enterprises participated, presenting a wide variety of products such as fruits and vegetables, sauces, liquors, chili products, and cured meats. Local coffee and craft beer brands further enriched the diverse experiences available to attendees.
Cultural and creative enterprises showcased specialty souvenirs, including sauces, liquors, and tea.
The event also featured ethnic performances and interactive activities, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of culinary culture and experience the unique charm of Guizhou.
